I have been employed at the setting for the last 6 years where I have gained my qualifications awarding me a level 3 status. I am head of our Pre School room and have been appointed as a Supervisor since January of this year. I work alongside the Management team in the day to day running of the nursery and am also appointed S.E.N.C.O were I liaise with outside agencies to support the children and families on role

I have worked at the nursery for the past 6 years were I have gained my NVQ Levels 2 and 3. After being appointed Head of our 0 – 2 Years room I then furthered my knowledge by attending a Team Management course which supported me to apply for the Position of Third in Charge were I was successful so have undertaken this role for the last 2 years. I help work alongside my colleagues in the day to day running of the nursery, dealing with parents and assist in the opening and closing of the setting
